Getting to Know Your CRAN Foster Cat

If you have MORE THAN ONE foster cat, fill out the form for EACH foster cat. If you are promoting a BONDED PAIR, fill out the form for BOTH cats. NOTE: Cats require complete adoption and medical paperwork prior to being posted. Please be patient with our volunteers, it may take them a few weeks to request medical records and compile your cat's adoption folder. Describe your foster cat's personality, likes/dislikes, favorite toys, unique traits, etc. How is your foster cat with people? Are they playful or a couch potato? Do they have a favorite toy or an endearing habit?(Required)

Do you know your foster’s rescue story? If yes, please give a short summary. (If not, please leave blank)

How long did it take for your foster cat to warm up to you? What things frighten your foster cat? i.e. Was he/she purring right away or did he/she hide under the bed for a week? Shy of new people, noises, or kids?(Required)

We have adoption centers at both PetSmart location and at Wags! Dog Emporium (where we can place one independent cat, or a pair that gets along well).(Required)

Is there anything else to mention? Any medical concerns - are they on a special or prescription diet? Note: We cannot post cats on the website if they are sick. They must be healthy and adoptable. Are you promoting a bonded pair? Is the cat on medication, prescription or special diet?

If sending a video, please send it in a separate email than the photos. If you have more than one video to choose from, please select the best video and send only one (preferably one that isn't too long).
